I walked them Through how to use it and once it was setup they love it. Setup was fairly easy - with the hardest part punching in all the passwords. The interface is good, the device responds and loads quickly. I guess my only wish is that HBO Max would be on the device as well. Overall a great gift, even for those who are not too technically inclined to use.

Otherwise it has help me to keep the cost of my cable bill down.

Opens a whole new world!

I was hooked! My wife and I decided to get one for our son, for his birthday. He, and his wife, doesn't have a cable connection and rely on an outdoor antenna for their TV. With a Roku it will give them a whole new world to watch.
