    This is our fourth Roku. This time we installed it on a TV without any cable support and we were concerned that it wouldn't work as planned. However, we had no trouble at all installing it. And, wonder of wonders, it works perfectly.

    I got this Roku to replace one that they were no longer updating, I was very disappointed that this remote WAS NOT voice compatible. You have to download an app for your phone. Then your voice only works with some of the apps. Other than that works like my old one.

    Pleased with this purchase.The only caution I can think of is make sure to read up on HDCP to avoid having to do the reboot process every time(disconnecting HDMI cable and power to t v and Roku unit.If not compatible will display a notation on screen indicating that and will have to do the reboot as described.

    My only complaint is that the short cables aren't long enough to allow the remote sensor to be placed on the edge of a larger tv. So we had to buy cable extensions. But other than that it Does what it says! Great device to make any tv with an hdmi port a "smart tv".

    I HAVE AN OLDER MODEL SAMSUNG 5 SERIES AND I PUT ROKU ON THIS TV AND IT NOW AND PLAYS VERY WELL. THIS DEVICE SAVE ME FROM HAVING TO BUY ANOTHER TV FOR MY GUEST ROOM. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH !!!!! DEVICE IS VERY COST EFFECTIVE.
