Gave only 3 stars because the remote is awful. Originally went to store to buy just a replacement remote and bought this because it was only about ten dollars more and we hadn't replaced our roku unit since we bought it when they first came out lol. The remotes are not as good now and i do not like them but the streaming is great, can't complain about that part.

The amount of programs, free movies, old TV shows, & series is unbelievable. The ease of use is helpful too. Really glad we purchased it & don't have to spend a fortune every month on TV.

One of the Rokus suddenly cannot connect to the internet. In fact, when it attempts to bring up wireless in the area, it can't find any. Not ours, not the neighbors. But the other Roku is fine. Going through all of the troubleshooting tips led to nothing being resolved. I switched the two Rokus from one TV to the other. The "good" Roku still worked; the "bad" Roku still didn't work. Sadly, Roku won't speak to customers to resolve issues. And their online Roku Community can only help so much. Besides, anything I posted to the community can be hard to find later. So when these break, they break. I think these devices should last for more than two years.

Great picture quality. Limited processing power, so it can’t play MPEG-2 streams directly from a HDHomeRun, but most people would only use it with online streaming services anyway.

Might need power adapter

If your tv does not have a USB connection the guide says to use a power adapter like your phone has for power. I still had to use my phone adapter because I got a message that my USB connection isn’t providing enough power.
