I bought this for my girlfriend. She loves it. She just has basic cable and WiFi so this gives her a lot more choices with what to watch.

Great easy purchase was a gift for a family member with little experience with electronics but they had no problems operating it.

Tired of renting cable boxes for all my TVs. Would recommend buying a Roku with the TV controls eliminating the need for 2 remotes.

I BOUGHT THE ROKU BECAUSE I NEEEDED TO STREAM AN APP NOT AVAILABLE IN MY TV. ITS EASY TO INSTALL AND IS GOOD QUALITY IMAGE AND SOUND.

It is NOT easy to set up the Roku TV to sync with this device. We STILL cannot get local Hawaii TV channels. The instructions are confusing online and we don't have the prompts that they indicate. We've tried for days a few weeks ago and gave up. We can only watch special channels like Roku, Netflix since we have a Netflix account. I don't recommend purchasing this brand of TV.

This works perfectly with my older Samsung television.

Was paying to much for cable TV, so I down graded and chose a Roku device and save money

I love my roku. I have had firestick previously but I like the roku much better. The buttons on the remote are very convenient.

The representative from Samsung, I believe, was very helpful. We did not know what we needed for streaming services.

I prefer the Roku interface over FireTV. I have a FireTV and bought this Roku device to replace the FireTV interface because I prefer it that much!

The streaming channels are easy to use. There is content for everyone. A lot of the channels are free, includes some live TV channels.

My blueray player doesn’t support Disney+, so I opted to buy the Roku. It’s been working wonderfully. The only thing I’m not thrilled with, which is just more of a personal preference, is that it can not be powered down without unplugging it.

I have been using Roku for a while now. Got the Express version for the upstairs bedroom. It is a nice addition.

Bought this as a gift for a neighbor who is fixing to cut the cord. I will help them when they finally decide to snip-snip.

I probably should have done more homework before buying this Roku unit. I purchased it to upgrade an older HDTV. I don't even know if the unit will power up since it DOES NOT COME WITH AN AC POWER CORD! It only comes with a USB power cable. My older HDTV is not equipped with a USB power outlet and neither does any other component in the system I want to use this with. This Roku is not 4K and can only be used with a standard HDTV. As most TVs are 4K these days, that means that this unit will be install primarily on older HDTVs. A product design that assumes the availability of a USB power outlet on TVs that didn't have that feature yet is a fatal flaw. This means that you have to buy an AC adapter if you want to use this unit. Best Buy does not sell this adapter and the Roku website is sold out. This is my first experience with Roku and it is a complete fail on their part. This is the first time I've ever bought a product that wasn't ready to use right out of the box. Forcing people to have to go back and buy an accessory item just to plug the product into an AC outlet is an unforgivable omission and hassle. My first impression of Roku is that they are a rinky-dink outfit too chinsey to supply what you need for their product to work!

My In-Laws love it in their kitchen. The tape to hold it is weak from sitting around but it currently is holding. The only problem was it doesn't control Volume on the TV like other Roku's do.

We enjoy out Roku devices and have them in our family room and bedroom. We love the channels we can get and got rid of cable.
