The adaptor is RCA to HDMI but the needed is the reverse, HDMI to RCA. So, I can not review the Roku Express. I had knee surgery and can not get back to the store for solving the issue.

It struggled to navigate between channels and kept bouncing me out of Hulu Live. I took it back and exchanged it for the stick. Spend a little more for the Roku stick.
