A little disappointed

In the middle of a show there is sound but no picture. I have to disconnect from the hdmi port then reconnect & it works fine for that day. I had a previous Roku device that was flawless for five years. This one is not even a month old yet.

Works Great

This is my 3rd roku. I bought one like this...it still works. Bought the stick one last December and it didnt make it a year. Started overheating and in general was a mess. So when I started to buy another one I went back to one like my old one...hopefully this one will be as good as my first one.
