The remote should be considerably less to purchase rather than buy a whole new system when I did not need a new system.

It will freeze up when trying to watch a show and it will take you all the way back to the homepage. When watching something, it will freeze but the audio will continue, then the video will speed up and match with the audio. Odd device.
