Has issues after 2 years of use

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.A couple years later and I regularly need to disconnect this and connect it again to fix glitches like the stream buffering endlessly, no sound, the remote stops working, etc. Kind of annoying. Not sure what the problem is.

Roku for Comcast

My husband likes it for movies and internet channels. However, when you want normal cable tv, it's not user friendly. It could be the Roku or the Comcast service . If you choose a Roku, I would recommend not using with Comcast.

DON"T THROW OUT THAT REMOTE FOR YOUR TV!

You'll need both. If I'm doing something wrong, please let me know.
