    Bought this remote specifically for my tv. Will not connect to be able to use. Followed all directions and bought a protection plan. Geek Squad said " It would cost $100 to come out to the house to connect it" My tv warranty expired in April but that has nothing to do with the new remote. I'm very upset.

    I like having ROKU, but I don’t like having to use 2 tv controls. I would prefer to have numbers to select and to have the ability to switch channels back and forth

    No tv control so you will still need to use your tv remote to have power and volume functions. Also, you don't get a power block to plug it in. Get the Google Tv for the same price and get a complete setup.

    I paid extra for this unit and it wasn't compatible with my tv it doesn't turn it on and off and do the volume like advertised. I called customer service at ROKU and you might as well just throw it against the wall you would have just as much success ... they really don't care at all.
