Also, this remote will not turn on/off tv or adjust volume, so you need to get the upgraded remote if you only what one remote.

You may also try to remove, restart, and reinstall the app. Also, some devices have a Simple Remote that doesn’t have TV controls (Power and Volume), so you'll need your TV remote for those functions. I got half of what I wanted. It allows for some basic channels but not all.

Especially since I needed two, one for each bedroom. He can set his up for sports, highlights chanels with old movies and TV. Other models offered longer Wi-Fi range, but this one works just fine.

However, it doesn't work well for me. On a daily basis, I have issues connecting to the WiFi when no other device in my home have an issue.
