I pulled it out today to use it and the remote does not work. No way to contact Roku on their website. Only online information for help. I tried everything about the remote recommended and it states as a last resort to buy another remote. Go to the website and remotes are $20.00. Might as well buy another Roku for that much. Lousy support wit Roku.

As a tip, you can organize your home screen channels according to your preferences! Use the * button on your remote when highlighting the channel to relocate your favorite channels. Move your most-used channels to the top of your home screen for a more personalized experience.

This particular product was to turn them into a "smart" TV. But it seems to have a memory or connectivity issue that causes the channels to lag.
