The menus make sense and it is easy to add apps, and access apps on the ROKU product. Easy install - good WiFi performance.

Wouldn't access my network (despite other devices in my house having no problem with this). Called Roku's tech support line, waited on hold for about 30 minutes, then spoke with a barely intelligible 'service' rep who had no idea how to solve the problem. A complete joke.

Making frame rates very slow but only recommend buying if fast Internet with new TV.

After returning units and new ones also did the same thing, I decided to just live with it. I hooked up an old Roku unit to the same TV and the noise was not present. It's the units defective in my opinion.
