This store ILLEGALLY sold me a used item WITHOUT disclosing it to me that it was used and returned and they put it on the shelf. Called the store just to be forwarded to corporate and they tell me to just waste more gas and bring it back and they’ll replace it free of charge like I broke it or something.

Followed directions regarding restarting and unplugging with no resolution. Returned item for similar, popular streaming device.

Setting it up was more complicated then it should have been, once setup Disney+ would buffer so much it was difficult to watch anything. We’d have to login to our Hulu account every time we’d want to watch it. There also isn’t a way to just power off the roku, the only way is to set a timer and the least amount of time is 30 min. After a few days we returned it and bought an Apple TV. The Best Buy employee told us this particular model gets returned a lot.

I have internet/services. I was trying to "Bluetooth" an older TV to my network. I learned this was not the technology I wanted. It is in the landfill now.......
