    Not working for Hulu - 2 months

    I have another Roku device which I've used for the past 5 years or so. I've never had any issues with that, so I was disappointed when buying the Express to find it glitchy. With Hulu, there has been an ongoing glitch for the past 2 months where adverts interrupt shows, and continue to display over the program. I've also had issues with it crashing when using Sling. Unfortunatly since Roku have not bothered to fix either issue which have been reported to them months ago - I'm returning this and buying something else!

    The price was too high, considering it DIDN’T come with a thing that you could plug into an outlet, because, I’m not sure how much one of those things go for but, if you don’t know someone close to you that has an extra one they could spare, that’s just another thing you have to buy. I mean, come on - - for $30.00, EVERYTHING you need SHOULD BE included.

    It's a Roku, sure, but it's slow, and has no volume control button. Do not buy. Buy Roku express+ instead.

    Based on previous experience with Roku devices I trusted that this product would be a simple and inexpensive unit for a second tv. When it refused to work I went online and found the majority of this model failed to work right out of the box. This is incredibly stupid for Roku as a company an Best Buy as a retailer to sell such a worthless device. This lack of quality control sharply lowers my opinion of both companies. I will do my homework in the future and avoid Best Buy.

      Hello! Your Roku Express will include a power cable but not a power adapter. You can use the included power cable to connect your streaming player to the USB port on your TV. This usually will provide sufficient power to your device. If you'd prefer to plug it into a wall outlet instead, grab any standard USB adaptor that you have at your house, (like your phone charger cube) and you'll be ready to go. Happy Streaming! roku

    Unit worked great for 3 weeks, the went pop and quit working. Does not come with a power supply s I had to go back and buy one. Get a different Roku model. I love Roku but do not like this unit.

    Was not happy with this roku stick it only.ladted 25 days before it totally would not connect to the wifi,i spent hours trying to figure it out and finally had to return it and went with the stick roku instead. Very unhappy with this product cheap and slow, best bet is spending 30 dollars more and getting the highe quality roku streaming stick

    I got this specifically for Disney+ since it isn't on my "Smart" TV. Figured it was a logical move. It was working great until 5-10 minutes into any show it loses it's Internet connection. Everything else in my house still works, but not the Roku. It is also right next to my modem/router and often it will let me reconnect right away. I used to be a big fan of Roku, but this has been a horrible experience.
