False Advertisement on shipping

Ordered one from Amazon (6/11/20) got it in 2 days (6/13/20). From Bestbuy, ordered on the 10th of June, promised delivery on the 11 of June, never happened. Received 6/18/20, very disappointing. Will not order from Bestbuy anymore and will tell friends and relatives regarding ordering experience and false delivery web advertisements.

Not at all happy with it

Frequently when attempting to watch live TV there is a wait of many minutes before it exits a black screen and displays the channel. It is not a WIFI issue because other services are fine and buffering never occurs once the first wait has passed. Numerous reports of this behavior on the Internet and I have tried everything recommended. Nothing has worked.

I do not like doing these reviews. Everytime I do I start getting all kinds of spam emails and people trying to get me to do more reviews like this.

Slow and crashes

I thought it would be a perfect solution for some tvs I don’t use often, but wanted to have internet on when people came to visit. It was so slow, no one would use it.

Not plug and play

You'll want to ensure that the wireless connection you are connected to is a 2.4 GHz wireless network. You'll also want to be sure that it is within range of the device and you could try restarting your Roku device and router.

Not worth it!!

Posted .Hi there, we're here to help! If you haven't already, try a full system reset. Be sure that you unplug everything, from the HDMI connector to the power cord, before reconnecting and restarting your Roku player.
You'll also want to try a different HDMI input on your TV, AVR, or soundbar since not all HDMI ports are created equally. It may help to use a different HDMI cable (less than 6 feet if available), just to make sure the cable you are currently using does not have any defects.
