    I thought it would be plug and play but they wanted credit card information in order for this to work. And other personal information. I was only going to view free content. I'm so glad I didn't lose to much money on this.

      Hi there, please know that this Roku device is a streaming player that connects to 2.4 GHz wireless bands only. You'll want to ensure that the wireless connection you are connected to is a 2.4 GHz wireless network. You'll also want to be sure that it is within range of the device and you could try restarting your Roku device and router.

    Sucks!! Keeps telling me to check the connection with the HDMI cables. Heats up easily.

      Hi there, we're here to help! If you haven't already, try a full system reset. Be sure that you unplug everything, from the HDMI connector to the power cord, before reconnecting and restarting your Roku player.

      You'll also want to try a different HDMI input on your TV, AVR, or soundbar since not all HDMI ports are created equally. It may help to use a different HDMI cable (less than 6 feet if available), just to make sure the cable you are currently using does not have any defects.

    I checked out their website and set up the Roku account, then found the prices for Each show I wished to watch. The weekly total was far more than the cable price, thus did not open the box and install Roku. I returned it.

    Pathetic service and installation. I have been without a tv for 6 fu…gweeks. Everyone just keeps passing the buck..and never gets handled. I have had 7 installers at my home.. Pathetic..!!!!!!!

    Using ROKU with this remote is too much work! I’ve never watch it because it takes about half an hour to find what I want to watch and then try to log in. By then, I’m discouraged and quit trying. Ugh! What a waste of time and money.

    Old Roku lasted years. A few months in and this thing overheats. Like afraid of fire hot. Warranty help is useless. Best UI but this one is crap.

    Waited at curbside pick up forever after checking in with my parking location and waited and waited. Went inside to get my items and was told "oh, he must have just missed you when the kid had my items right next to the guy at the counter. Very disappointed and hate being lied to

    I came home and it fell from the tv and landed in a blanket. When I picked it up it was really hot and melted. When I tried to return it it was out of warranty even though I bought it 2 months ago. It almost started a fire in my house and I got no return and so I would say it is crap.
