Roku is a great cord cutting product

Too bad I bought the Roku and had it sit in my house 4 weeks before I installed it. Now it is not returnable. Reminds me of the old cable boxes that crapped out so often and needed constant replacement.

Worst product roku has.

It would loose connection to the internet and at first I could do a factory reset but now, 29 days after picking it up, it won't even go out of the setup screen. The tv is in the same room as the router and it won't reset or anything.

Crap

It takes at least 45 minutes to watch a 30 minute show. Also, it reloads my channels every single day. I don’t have these problems with my other devices.

Unhappy with product

We returned it to Best Buy. We were not satisfied with it and how it worked in our home.

TV control not worth extra price

All that feature does is turn the TV on and off. It does not include mute so we still need the two remotes.

Cannot DL Spectrum

That was the entire point of this purchase. I will be returning it.
