You'll want to ensure that the wireless connection you are connected to is a 2.4 GHz wireless network. You'll also want to be sure that it is within range of the device and you could try restarting your Roku device and router.

My TV is only 1080p HD so this box was perfect for me. It was pretty easy to set up since I already had a Roku account. I have to tell you even though I don't have the best internet this device works seamlessly and loads within 2 seconds any app on the device and I'm watching TV. Extremely quick and the best picture I've had even above premium cable. If you have an HDTV there's no need to spend any more money just get this device. I did order the one just a step above with the voice activation that'll be coming in in a couple of days. I didn't hesitate after I saw how well this little box worked. The sale price was $18.99 so how could you go wrong. I did read some negative reviews but I have had not one negative experience while using this device. Get one if it fits for your needs and you won't be sorry. It has made streaming fun again. I haven't watched this much TV over the internet in The last 5 years! Thanks BesyBuy and Roku.

This was a very easy, cheap fix to having an older smart TV that didn't have the new streaming apps available. Just plug in, activate the free Roku account, and go.
