Inconvenient
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The 2019 model of the Express has playback issues with my basic Hulu subscription. Shows will not play after commercials (it will freeze on the commercial and start playing the show's audio) and the screen will also freeze every 20 minutes or so watching movies. I have had this issue since I first used it, haven't experienced this on other Roku devices, and unfortunately customer Roku support is not available.

No power button or volume control

I have an Ultra, 2 Ultra Lte and an Express + and they all have a power button and volume control. Now im out thirty bucks unless BB will take it back open box.

not a great start

Changed out the HDMI cable for a better quality one and also the power cable as it kept giving me a red light. So far so good,but you need to upgrade the cables.

Avoid All Roku Devices

Unfortunately, I bought 2 and they're both useless. I'm giving the entire Roku company 1 star because they have absolutely NO customer service to speak of. I would give them zero stars if I could because having no customer service makes them an irrelevant company. They could care less about their customers.

Poor service

There were 3 of them and I had to go interrupt their conservation to ask where the Roku was in the store. Lady at cash register was very short and not helpful about my online order.

Stopped supporting YouTube TV

I use You Tube TV (checked to make sure they support which they did) and now they stopped supporting You Tube TV? Every other streaming service does. Frustrated that I bought Roku now it is garbage. Feels like a bait and switch. Will never purchase Roku anything again.

Constantly buffering and intermittent black screen

Wifi connection issues. Requires payment info.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Awful. Did not work for me. Returned after a frustrating 90 minutes of attempted setup. Numerous wifi problems even though I had excellent signal strength. No 5.0 GHz option. Required my credit card information or bank account to setup. Returned for Amazon fire stick which was setup in of 15 minutes.
