Great little Roku!

It's very simple to use, has a great little remote and so far, is working perfectly.

Easy to navigate interface for kids

I can set up one account and have all the same applications downloaded to the individual devices. Parental controls for the individual apps work pretty well.

Nice item for the price

The "Roku" channel itself does not work outside the US but everything else did as long as you have internet. I would give it 5 stars but the picture quality is a bit washed out, not sure if it was the TV I using but the menu options for this cheaper version is very limited.

Great alternative to Apple TV

Once you download all of the apps you want and then log into them you are good to go! I highly recommend downloading the Roku app on your phone so you have access to a keyboard for logging into your apps.

Roku itself is a great streaming service.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is the 3rd Roku I have purchased for 3 different TVs....I tried a Firestick, however returned it as it wasn't compatible with my cable company. Roku sets up very easily....for cable I only need one connection and I use the cable app on the other 2 TVs to access any cable stations. It is a great product!

Small streaming device

I used a few of these when I get rid of Dish network. The provided tape does not stick very well. After using for a few day, there were some liquid came out the remote control battery compartment. Not sure where this liquid came from. I don't think it is from the battery because I have never seen anything like that, just the liquid, not the battery corrosion, very strange.

A Must Buy, So Easy To Use

It is so easy to set up and use. I was using a DVD player that quit and bought this because we weren’t watching dvds on that TV. Love it.

Great little replacement for cable

I have no cable access only wifi. 30 days of showtime free for roku users. Only negative is I wish the remote included tv controls if i had a newer tv i could do it through the roku using cec.

My smart TV's apps are clunky and kind of a pain to use. After getting my first Roku (three years ago) I gave my Apple TV away and switched over. The Roku is great for streaming and when I replace TV's down the line I will get TCL's Roku TV's because of how great the Roku experience is.
