Great gadget indeed, especially now that our $2,600 per year TV bill does no longer exist. Can only recommend to get a ROKU stick yourself.

I got the express in hopes the picture was better and it was. However, I missed being able to talk to it so I bought the 2018 model of the 4K Ultra. Now I have exactly what I wanted. I put the express in bdrm because the light from Roku is dimmer and 4K in livingroom. I have perfect pictures on both!

Replaced Fire Stick

I had a Fire Stick that was old and not working well. The Roku is easier to use and reliable. I only wish there was a way to program the quick buttons to the streaming services I use most.

This is easy to set up and link Netflix, HBO, etc. I wish I had opted for the one with TV controls so I only have to keep up with one remote.

I have them in my guest bedrooms so I no longer need to rent extra cable equipment which was only used when I had long term guests! Inexpensive. Easy to set up.

You can mirror your phone, watching tv channels, and tons of free movies and shows. Only downside is the device itself must be pointed at you so that the remote would work. But you can also use the app… so it’s up to your preference!
