Great alternative to cable

All except for my daughter's room, whose TV did not have smart features. I bought the Roku streaming device for my daughter's TV and since the first day setting it up, I don't think we'll be going back to cable anytime soon. Roku offers our favorite Netflix and Hulu, but they also offer other apps like PlutoTV, which is 100 free TV channels. There are also apps like ComedyCentral and SlingTV. We have been very happy with this purchase of the Roku streaming device.

Worth Every Penny

The unit itself works good. I reboot and check for software upgrades 2-3 times a month and it seems to work fine. If any lagging, you need to position its Roku face towards your Wifi Modem. And the closer to the Wifi signal the less issues arise. Some app are glitchy so keep that in mind>>

Perfect for cutting the cord

I already had Netflix and Prime an antenna internet service and a wi-fi router. I also had one smart TV and two not so smart TVs. I signed up for UTube TV for dvr service and other channels. The Rokus took care of my other TVs with a very easy format. Now my wife and I have everything we need in TV and save $ 80.00 amonth.
