    Was easy to setup. However, downloading channels is slow and sketchy and unreliable requiring frequent updating of network settings. I returned the product and the less expensive "Express" model worked so much better. Too bad the "Express" model does not have the voice features and the volume and on-off features of the "Stick" model.
