Needed to get the Roku because my cable company is now making us get boxes for all of our TVs. Like this because I don't have to pay for it every month, one time cost, and I can stream my cable through it. My kids like it because they can stream UTube and other stuff they are interested in. Very happy with the purchase. The only thing I don't like is there is no on/off button - it will go to sleep, but I would really like to be able to turn it off.

Roku streaming Box is the best product on the market. Its better than cable. I recommend that everyone cancel cable and get a Roku Streaming Box. But keep the internet, because the internet is needed.

I bought this a few years ago when I cut my cable. It has all the "apps" for streaming and it also has a Roku channel that has limited movies and documentaries. (I don't really go to that.) Easy to use after a few go-around's with the various set-up screen. This is a good product and does what it says. My next TV will probably be a Smart-TV that has Roku already installed but this works just fine.

Easy to setup and use. Remote control is OK at best. Some apps drop out at times. I check my wifi during these drop outs and it is working fine. OK for what it is at the cost.

In order to get rid of my cable boxes and stream Spectrum instead I got two Roku streaming players. The setup instructions are fairly simple, but there are two things that I did not like. One was that the included HDMI cable was way too short...I simply used the existing one from my boxes. The second thing I did not like...you have to activate these devices online, was that you had to provide a credit card even if you never plan to make a purchase. All I want to do is stream Spectrum. Those two things aside, I am very happy with their performance so far. Picture quality and sound are excellent and I like the remote control, it is simple to use with few buttons.

I use to us a different streaming device until I heard about Roku. This device offers numerous free apps that allow you to watch different shows/programs on it. After trying it out, I loved it! I went back and purchased one for each of the televisions in my house and have recommended it to my friends and family. And no I don't work for, get paid by, or have anything to do with Roku. It really is a nice device.

This is by far the best Roku you can get. It's better than all other models. I have three in my house. One for every room. It's very affordable and there's no reason to spend more on the other models of the Roku. The express is amazing and it's all you need for your entertainment needs! Save money and buy this. All you need is internet!! There's been no problems with any of them I've purchased. I bought all three from Best Buy!!!!!!
