    For the price, a very good device to turn an old TV to a smart TV. One flaw, it only uses 2.4 ghz network, 5g, like the other Roku devices would be nice.

    Basic Roku does the job of TV land. Lots of channels to stream. Every thing under the sun. Only draw back on the Basic, no jump feature to previous channel.

    I use it as an extra Xfinity cable box using the Xfinity app. You can stream channels directly to the unit as if you were watching live TV, guide and all.
