    But occasionally has issues with the hdmi connection. Screen turns to stripes and have to unplug hdmi cord and plug back in and it works.

    SO I bought this so my mother could watch TV in her room and it was recommended by the cable guy. In the set up it directed my to use the remote control.. well Mom did not know where it was and so I called support. MY mistake,,,, I listen to the guy and misunderstood how he represented his service.. He goes on to explain how she could cancel at anytime and charges for movies would go on the credit card and I understood him to say a charge of 1-0-0 he says over and over and I finally hear as 1 dollar. Turns out is was 100 just to activate the TV NOT a dollar to test the card and make an account. So this operation appears to be out of Long Beach but it sounds like India over the phone. Now this was all so long ago but when I ran across my chance to review I had to vent.... there you have it, Buyer beware of Roku support ! The devise has worked fine but I could have saved a lot by buying a universal remote !!!!!
