Doesn't work & Roku doesn't support this model

It downloads an update then stops working. Hard reset and then same issue. Went online for support and Roku says, "Your device and/or issue is eligible for online support. You can find answers to your questions with our comprehensive set of articles and technical troubleshooting steps." Now that I know they don't support their own product I'm going to race back to Best Buy and return it. I will purchase their more expensive model because you need to have support as they will eventually do a "update" which will break your device. Stay away from this model!
