Doesn't work & Roku doesn't support this model
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.10 minutes out of the box and I successfully connected the device to my TV and wireless network. It downloads an update then stops working. Hard reset and then same issue. Went online for support and Roku says, "Your device and/or issue is eligible for online support. You can find answers to your questions with our comprehensive set of articles and technical troubleshooting steps." Now that I know they don't support their own product I'm going to race back to Best Buy and return it. I will purchase their more expensive model because you need to have support as they will eventually do a "update" which will break your device. Stay away from this model!

MY WIFI MODEM IS NOT THAT STRONG. THE ROKU STICK WORKS WELL WHEN NEAR THE MODEM. HOWEVER, WHEN PLACE FAR AWAY LIKE UPSTAIRS, IT BARELY RECEIVES A SIGNAL. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A POWERFUL WIFI MODEM FOR BEST USE.
