Some channels come and go , must log into computer create pass words a bunch of codes , to much hassle and inconvenience, than what it claims it does.

My daughter drove up to my house especially just to help me cut the cord by installing a router & Roku last night. The remote on the Roku was defective. She got online & tried every trial they mentioned, but nothing worked. We drove to the closest store for another one & I’ll be returning this one to Best Buy.

I purchased this product so that way we can watch spectrum on my TV I didn’t have the spectrum boxes it was OK we still use it to watch Hulu Netflix

Nothing in my house lags on wireless besides this. Bought it for streaming comcast in the kids room so I didnt have to pay for another cable box

An inexpensive way to use Netflix on a non-smart TV. Quit working after 3 weeks. We bought another one, that lasted a little longer, so far

I had to return item due to not able to use for streaming with services. So I’m not able to say anything bad about this product.

The remote died, I changed the batteries but it still doesn't work. Very upsetting. What do I do now?

I was excited to try this roku stick. I plugged it in, connected to WiFi, and then tried to update it. After it updated it restarted and then got stuck on a black screen and I couldn’t do anything. I had to unplug it and try it again and it would make me update it again and get stuck again. I was stuck in a never ending loop of sadness and frustration. I was exited to try it out but ended up returning it. :(

Roku does not make a very good product. I have had to bring both that I have bought back to the store however Best Buy was very kind about exchanging them we have to have roku for spectrum and that is the only reason I still have it. Their customer service line tries to charge you extreme amounts and are not willing to help with the problems. I did not give them money and the roku still does change channels very well.

Works for a few month then it stops working, would like to get a replacement from the company

This device works fine, i love the apps and features but the wifi range is horrible, I upgraded to the 4k version

I hate to have two controls I wish everything was in one and the buttons should be more user-friendly.

This device struggled to receive wifi signals and would buffer and in under a year it stopped working altogether - you get what you pay for!!! I bought the best one now called the ultra roku and it works perfectly using the same wifi system.

This is not one of the best Roku. Roku streaming plus is better.

I had high hopes but it didn't have the features the firestick has. The one I bought had no voice remote.

Hooked up pretty easy, but was difficult to use then it malfunctioned and I returned it.

I would prefer the fire stick over this. A lot of free apps are restricted to download on this.

Firestick is better. Roku audio and video un-sincs on HULU. Firestick doesn't.

Works good, with one big problem! It eats up crazy amounts of data so I was charged from my internet provider for data overages quickly. With just one in the house. I have never went over with 3 Amazon fire sticks! Needless to say this is in a drawer not being used! Not worth the overages!
