The USB head fell apart before we could even use. Thanks Best Buy for the easy return.

The problem with my roku is that the picture quality kinda sucks on some channels...

Purchase the Roku fire stick, Could not get it to load, I decided to call the 800 # on the Roku package,the guy ask me to buy the service agreement for he can help me, I declined and took it back to the store.

Does not work like the comcast cable box. Has to go through too many loopps

Touted as voice compatible. My other Roku has voice search. This does not.

not for me. I am not a techy so I will be buying the ruko TV with all the internal installed sites I want. I am trying to get away from huge Cable bills.

I do not like the fact that this product does not have a off/on button.

Was very complicated to figure out how it worked. So returned it.

Had trouble with light use over 6 months. Not impressed with support.

Not what I wanted, I like the fire stick so much better.

Product will get stuck reboot on its own. Not a big fan.

The Roku stick over heats and needs time to cool down.

Hard to find anything. Did occasional loading (buffering). Some TV net works had very poor picture quality. Used Firestick on same TV, same internet, using same router and it was excellent.

I ended up returning the express and went with a different Roku Stick model. It kept giving an error with Netflix and after researching, learned this is a problem with the express.

I have two Roku smart tv’s but my bedroom TV wasn’t one of them. Decided to try the stick because it was a much cheaper alternative than buying yet another new TV. SO glad I did! Same programs, same home screen, same speed, same everything. Took about two minutes to set it up and hook it into my WiFi. I had to log into my Netflix but that was fast. The remote is the same as my smart TV’s except for the volume control.. didn’t care. Having to switch inputs is absolutely no big deal (hdmi 1 or 2).. saved hundreds of dollars getting this and the same result. Picture quality is identical to my other smart tv’s when in roku mode. Just wondering what took me so long.

Device did not work. Tried multiple times with no luck. I even moved my router into the next room and nothing. It picked up surrounding networks except my own. Would return but the return time frame has expired so I will try to sell.

Could not program no matter what i tried. Returned to the store and got Amazon fire stick, it worked first time like a dream worked so well bought a second one and it worked just as good. Forget Roku get fire stick

Worked well for about 15 months. After the first year I started having problems with the audio not being in sync with the video. I got tired of restarting the unit and threw it away.
