Cheap but 2 of 2 broke in less than a year.

The first two failed to connect to the internet in less than a year. I didn't buy a buyers protection plan so I sent it to ROKU and they replaced it. The second has done the same thing several months later. I considered getting a fire stick but guess I will just buy another of these, but this time buy a buyers protection plan. My Roku 1 still works. I pull it out and it gets me through between these that break, but I can't get my streaming tv service with the old Roku.

Constant ERRORS!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this Roku as a much needed update to an older model, and honestly, this one is TERRIBLE! There are constant ERRORS when using every channel, especially Sling. In order to fix these errors, I regularly have stop what I'm streaming, exit out of the channel, and/or reset the device. Don't waste your money on this folks, it's useless!

Terrible product

The roku is terrible. Every time we start psvue it makes us activate the roku again. Apple tv is flawless, roku is useless and of course with best buys terrible return policy it can’t be returned now. Last time i will buy from best buy, and will never buy roku again.

Error 003

Internet works wuth every Device and even switched the current roku with a Firestick and no wireless connection issues. 2 roku sticks went out the same time with this error but the must recent one I purchased eureka fine on the same tv. Went as far as to testing to factory settings and unplugging router and still not fixed.

No customer service when a problem exists.

A couple of months ago they started loosing sound and required a power cycle to get the sound to come back. Looking at Roku's customer pages, hundreds of others have this same problem and Roku's only response is to power cycle the unit. I do not recommend purchasing anything Roku as customer support is non-existent.

Stopped working after a few months

Roku support is ZERO for this product. Will never buy another Roku product. Safer to flush the money down the toilet

Overheated junk

Also Roku doesn't support the express so buy at your on risk! , I also have the Roku ultra, which works great. But the express is JUNK!

Do not Buy Roku Express Obsolete Item ( DEAD )

Now a days roku charging monthly fees for some of the channels apart from your monthy subscription to the specific channels. Before buying this please make sure you are not paying monthly any thing for roku.
