Great product with easy setup, Streams better than a Sony Bluray player

I purchased this mainly to steam WatchEspn on my TV instead of on my laptop or streaming it through the laptop. The set up was simple. The remote makes streaming easier than using a laptop or similar device. It is also very easy to stream the main media sources like Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, and Sling. I have enjoyed it very much and would recommend it to anyone.

Roku is easy to use. Has a lot of downloadable apps!! Great price.

We bought this in order to be able to stream Netflix. We had previously used our Wii system, which is no longer able to stream the updated Netflix. We are not very knowledgeable about these types of devices, but were able to get the Roku working after about an hour. It works well. I wasn't happy about having to give my credit card information in order to set up an account, since we won't be using it to purchase any additional services. That should be optional and given only if a person does want to buy extra features.

So I have several streaming services I pay for and wanted something to have them all on. The Roku for me, was the best out there. It’s so easy to install and use anyone can do it! I got one for my parents and they’ve never had a problem. There’s so much on there that anyone can find something to interest them outside of the obvious Netflix and Hulu.

I chose this product as an alternative to cable television. I like the variety of programming that's available, I'm still exploring the channels.

Works great so far. Lots of channel options. The genre contain great movie and tv options. I would recommend this anyone looking to cut the cord.

Roku works very well with sling tv. Easy to use and user friendly.

We have this Roku device and Xfinity WiFi. We have the local and nation channels thru the Xfinity app and more. We can record not only programs but entire seasons of shows. There are many movie channels and OnDemand movies thru Xfinity. I am learning something new while using Roku everyday. The only thing I do not like is that this model talks.

Easy setup and works great. Low cost and lots of content

We installed the Roku streaming media player on our 55" Samsung flat panel TV to obtain apps that were not available on the television, e.g Disney+ and HBO max. Our TV was not a smart TV and we not yet ready to purchase a new "smart" tv. This would buy us the time we needed, Easy install.

Better than expected! Love the set-up and picture background.

Roku has proven to be an excellent streaming service and this device works well as the conduit. The remote was fine for about 2 weeks, then it stopped working. I followed all of the suggestions from the product website and even ordered the suggested cable extension for the plugin, but that did not rectify the remote issue. I was able to download a remote app for my phone and that works okay, so I do have control of the device, but not with the supplied remote.
