So far I am happy with the cost savings over monthly cable box rentals. Sometimes the signal from my wifi isn't great and the device needs to be reset. Also using the streaming live tv app doesn't allow you to select a channel, as it has no numbers on the remote. You have to scroll through the screen. Otherwise a great purchase. I got 4 of them and eliminated a lot of cable charges.

Perfect for older TVs in the house that don't have built in streaming apps. Use with YouTube TV. Great to be able to pick up where I left off in any room. Works just as well as competitors, but for way less. Obviously only 1080p, but the 4K sets have apps integrated.

Very easy to use. However do not like that the remote has to directly point at the device to work.

I purchased a Roku Express after Christmas at a great price from Best Buy and it is one of the best entertainment purchases I have ever made. It was easy to hook up and there is lots of free content available. For the price, everyone should add one to their television.

Able to link smartphone to Roku and watch movies and tv shows

I was hesitant to go beyond digital broadcast TV but made the decision. A couple of sources recommended Roku and I gave it a try. I went back later that day to buy another for the other TV in our family. Best Buy online ordering and store pick up made it simple for this one.

I love this little Roku and it does more than enough for what I use it for. Great price.

The Roku was easy to set up and use. I wish it would have asked me to register it with Amazon immediately instead of every few days telling me my port failed & I would have to switch it to a new one, but eventually it asked for the registration and haven't had problems since.

So far so good. Ease of use, compact, both remote and box. No issues as of yet.

Functions well out of the box. Relatively easy to set up. I did not realize how small it is and that it does not allow USB input. I also wish the remote was radiofrequency rather than infrared. Placement of unit to allow remote to communicate is mildly problematic. It fills the need for which I purchased and I would recommend it as long as one is aware of the above limitations.

The Roku works great with xfinity. It saves us $10 a month per Roku. Having the Roku we do not have to pay for additional cable boxes and they basically have paid for themselves in the first 4 months with the saving we get from not renting the cable boxes.

I bought this roku for a streaming capability on my mother (who is in her 70s) Samsung tv. It was a breeze to connect and is very user friendly. She was able to navigate the system within a day and can now stream all her favorite shows. Awesome!

I bought Roku to add some depth to my TV experience. I recently canceled U-verse because of the cost and decided to give roku a try. I was not disappointed. I was able to download almost every app that I was looking for. I now have more apps than my smart TV provides.

I bought it to use with xfinity to avoid the charges for the individual boxes. It is great. I had a couple install issues..mostly user issues, that is to make sure you are signed into your xfinity account to do the activation. After that it worked like a charm.

I bought this at the suggestion from a Xfinity customer service rep when I was looking to lower my monthly bill. Used it to replace one of the small set top boxes in a spare bedroom to work with Xfinity streaming. Install was easy and works like a charm.

I bought for in laws to cut cord. Not to hard to learn how to work. They like the channels you can download. Pluto tv has a lot of channels you would pay to watch on other pay channels for free. There is a lot more to watch. Worth the money

Much faster than the FireTV, I'm able to browse through YouTube with a whole new experience.

Bought 3 Roku sticks to install on my televisions and was very pleased with their ease to install and use. My goal was to get rid of the cable boxes and remote controls that Spectrum charges us for. Installed Roku stick, downloaded Spectrum app and all works well.

I love this simple Roku. I purchased the most basic Roku remote and love it. Even though it is the basic one, it has everything I need and is so easy to use. I loved it so much I purchased one for each room and have an extra just for traveling.
