I have a Firestick (useless) I have a Chromecast (great for casting) but nothing beats the Roku. The 30 dollar model comes with a great remote that's easy to understand and navigate.

It is easy to set up and to locate the "channels" or apps. Using the website makes it easier to find the free and most used apps.

Just note that you usually need a strong WIFI signal for Roku. I live in an old 2 story house. The router is downstairs and the signal is not strong enough for the Roku upstairs. And yet the signal is strong enough upstairs for my laptop.

I had the fire stick at home and needed another so I decided to go a bit cheaper. I enjoy it and for the price it meets my needs

Second Roku

Came back to Roku because of the easy interface and set up. I have considered other streaming devices, but I think the remote really brought me back to Roku!

Really like this

However, I gave this only 4 stars because we should have gotten the higher model. This is great - but the higher model requires only the Roku remote to turn the tv on and off. For the convenience, we'd recommend spending the few dollars more for the convenience. Love Roku!!

Lots easier scrolling into a particular channel website network than scrolling into all channels on cable network.

Channels easy to get too, & seperated into sections. Great for connecting to any streaming service like fubo,netflix ect... This express model is good if you don' t need all the extra that Roku has & good to just get started for awhile ...

Loving Roku!

Have an occasional hiccup with it and need to reboot it, but other than that, it has performed amazingly for such a tiny device.

We can not get all of the apps we want on our smart tvs so these have been a life saver in that area!! Plus they are super easy to use so my 5 year old can work it and navigate it with no problem!

Plenty of free streaming channels, & we have two paid subscriptions to channel we enjoy. We left cable & satellite TV asking time ago, with Roku saving $100+ a month!

Quality looked as good on our 28" TV as cable. No connection problems with our fiber optic Wireless. Great deal.

Very Good Player

It does the same as all the other players. it's not 4K compatible, but if you don't have a 4K TV, then it doesn't matter.

Bought for Xfinity Stream

I still have Xfinity streaming services, and while the app isn't as nice and seamless as the Xfinity cable boxes, I can still watch Live TV easily. Great interface and easy to set up.
