Cut the cable cord

Good way to cut the cord

You can download the Xfinity App and use to stream on your TV. It works fine and includes several other streaming options both free and pay to use. I use it on my second and third tv's and save the $20/month in cable box charges. Check to compare different models to fit your needs. Some have option to turn tv on/off or include headphone connection if needed. Also available with 4K option if you have a 4K tv.
