This product's instructions were easy to follow and install. The price for this product was reasonable and well worth the money. I am considering this product for several friends for Christmas presents. As a result of this purchase I will be cancelling some of my premium shows that I am subscribing to and thereby save more money.

This is my third Roku. Very easy to use and set up. Allot of options. We gave up cable and use this as our primary tv watching option.

If you are looking to cut the cord, and you don’t want to spend a ton of money, or if you’re new to streaming, this is a great way to “get your feet wet”. There are just two short cords to deal with, and they can be arranged so that they’re not an issue. Once everything is hooked up, you have a short setup, which is easy to do. Now I have the Spectrum TV app installed so I can get my cable channels. Now, if you’re looking to rid yourself of Spectrum Cable, I found that it wasn’t possible, because of the need to have at least one box on the premises. My wife and I are still trying to figure out why that is, but we simply just put the box, the modern, and the tire router in one place-attached to one TV. We have all the other TVs using the Roku streaming players. If you want to go one step further, you can spend a little more money and get one of the more advanced versions of the Roku streaming device. One major advantage would be that it only hooks up to the HDMI input directly with no cords (save a short one to plug into the USB port of your TV, if it’s equipped with it).

I have a Firestick and Roku, since we still have a cable box the Roku let's meet connect to Xfinity and the Firestick doesn't... So Roku works better for me..I don't like that I still have to use my tv remote with it but I still like it better

This turned our older tv into a smart tv. Setup was simple and it works well. At this price point it is probably the best available.

I purchased this Roku when I signed up for local tv through my internet provider. The roku I had works great but to use the roku app for the live local channels the provider offered I needed the newer roku. Works like a charm, Is small and unobtrusive, and easy to set up. Perfect and inexpensive solution for me.

I bought this so my mom could watch Netflix and other streaming app on her non smart tv. Worked great and set up was simple and fast

If you don't have a smart tv, or at least one that can install apps, this is a good device for your television, it includes some free apps, and you can install other apps to it, it has a good price tag, easy to set up, and you can install apps from your tv providers without having to buy more boxes from them

The only bad thing about it is that you don’t have a volume button which you could upgrade the Roku to higher and get volume button

Got a Roku 2 without Screen Mirroring capability and Xfinity Stream app. Purchased Roku Express Streaming and matched what I was looking for. Setup was a breeze, after the initial Roku update with the latest software, I was up to go. Logged into my Roku account and all previous loaded channels showed up. Loved it with the 14-day Sling TV.

I bought four of these on the advice of my cable provider to save money on cable boxes. I was beyond skeptical but to my surprise it’s a great little gadget not only does it allow me to save money but it works just as good if not better as the cable boxes. Also very easy to set up the system ,coming from someone who’s not good with this techno stuff. I just wish the remotes had a little bit more feature to them but it’s a very good buy. No complaints

We bought this product so we could watch HBO. Our TV didn't have an Icon for HBO now. It was reasonable in price and fairly easy to install. We already have Netflix but would like to add Amazon or Hulu or some of the other streaming channels. They install easy and the device was cheap. We are very happy.

The Roku Express works great. TV without having to pay for an extra cable box. I have (5) Roku's in my house. The Express is quick and easy to install and operate. The only things I did not realize is the Express remote does not have a volume control. It's no big deal. I just use one of the other Roku remotes.

I have several products that are "smart" and meant for streaming. My products range from Sony, lg, and Samsung built into my TV's or DVD players. all work pretty well, but this by an far is way better that all those product. It has many semi-exclusive apps like shout tv and Mill Creek entertainment that are not available on my android phone or apple devices (I have to use the website). I looked at fire TV sticks, but they do not have Vudu (being a competitor to prime), and I have a lot of movies on that service. They also have a ton of kids stuff to watch. The tv apps are the same as on my phone, so if I miss an episode on my DVR, I can pull them up quickly here The layout is intuitive, connection was easy to WiFi and to my TV (via HDMI and I use the USB on my TV cfor power). It wad very affordable also. I am very happy with this add on product.

I bought the Roku Express to use on an older Smart TV that no longer connected to WiFi. The setup was very easy and I was connected within minutes. It includes the apps that I use often, plus it has the xFinity Streaming app so that with my existing Comcast account, I can connect without a second cable box.

We needed a Roku to take along when we travel. This box works great. Just as feature rich as the bigger units but much smaller. And a lot cheaper. The output may not be have as much fidelity as the more expensive units but that isn't much of an issue when you are in a hotel room or a rental.

This serves its purpose. We actually hooked up to our SmartTV so we could have HBO streaming. We had some issues with constant loading first week but working fine now. All in all for the price its worth it.

I bought this item because it was the least expensive streaming player at the time I was shopping and I only needed it for a TV that isn't used very often. I also have 2 Fire TV sticks. This player is much much faster than they are. Also the Roku Channel has a lot of decent free content. Very nice value at $30.
