I have been placing all the blame on Spectrum, but it turns out that most of it was due to the TV itself. As soon as I completed the installation of the ROKU Express, I was able to watch On Demand programming that had been inaccessible for over two weeks; and I have not had any instances (On Demand or Live) of low definition or buffering.

Good solution for streaming from cable provider

It was easily installed and connected to my wireless network and provided excellent video and interface with this provider.
