Cut the cord

This Roku allows me to access the same content I was paying for through Comcast, which came with annoying monthly fees. Goodbye monthly fees (and the rate increase which was just around the corner)! I also set up a HD antenna for the local channels. In Haverhill, MA, I'm able to clearly get CBS and ABC clearly, and usually can pick up Fox and NBC as well as other random channels.

Good for the most part

Nice Option

We received outstanding customer service in the store. Even though it was right before the holidays, the staff member who was helping us explained all of our options and offered the best one for our needs — and not necessarily the most expensive one either. It was a great customer service experience. I hope that he will be working the next time we visit the store as he was extremely knowledgable.
