Helped me save on cable bill
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was able to switch out multiple digital boxes and one DVR and use the cable app through Roku to access my cable stations. Not without hiccups with the cable app but worth it. My cable bill looks much more reasonable now. Could probably consider further cost cutting but okay for now. Roku enabled that to happen. Just beginning now to appreciate other apps on Roku. A lot to explore.

Great alternative

Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We used to have satellite tv but the costs were approaching $150 for the basic package and we weren't willing to pay that much for 3 or 4 channels that we normally watched. This was a great alternative and we can still watch the shows we used to watch even if it is not on the same night it views on the networks. Great product.

Not bad for the price

Set up was pretty easy, and the layout seems good. Only major complaint that I have, every 10 minutes or so the picture flickers, which was annoying at first but I've gotten used to it. For what I paid, doesn't really bother me enough to do something about it.
