Not impressed

Constant Black screens pop up

I’m having major issues with my Roku Premiere Streaming Media Player that I purchased August 13,2017. We have intermittent black screens that pop up constantly while watching anything on it. At first we thought it was a switch, so we replaced it. Then we tried HDMI cables and it still happened, now we know it’s the device. This started immediately and we are extremely dissatisfied.
