Returned Product Over Priced for what it does

The audio did not work on the Roku applications for viewing video content from my local storage connected to my router. This worked for the Roku 3, 2 and streaming stick. Called Roku and they said they no longer supported this audio for the newer model. I returned it to Bestbuy. I intend to try the much cheaper Amazon.
