Roku device. The downside is not enough channels..

Provides programming without subscribing to cable.

our internet kept fading in and out. Disappointed.

Got this for my wife for christmas and she liked it.

Work great some delays depending on Internet speed.

Beats Direct TV cost. And lots of movies to stream.

It has a great feature that consolidates all of your entertainment subscriptions Netflix, Hulu cable shows, and many more. Since I don't have that many subscriptions I couldn't find the need for it. Just felt it was a redundant way to access my subscriptions.

I've only had this device for a month. It freezes often and it disconnected itself from WiFi. I had to call support and they said that that issue was not uncommon. The Roku is not all bad, but wonder if I should have bought Apple TV instead.

I bought the middle of the bunch since the high end one was for a newer tv that I didn't have. It's just okay. At times it freezes and says its retrieving and we have to wait for the tv to come back on. Not to user friendly.

When purchased I thought I would have access to all my standard stations. I’m not a movie person and do not want to pay for multiple subscriptions to watch channels. Gave it shot, but not for me.

Purchased this when we canceled our cable subscription. It's nice having all the apps right in one location but we found it very laggy and buggy. My mother certainly enjoys it though.

Roku has a lot of good apps. Not too many options for customization. Roku has a hard time finding my wireless network. Didn't even show up on the list of available networks

I've used it for a couple weeks and had no issue. The only problem is that it does not come with a cable. If you don't have one or not already bought one, you can not use it.

Made a big difference when returning the cable box to my cable bill. I don't like that I can't channel surf and there is some delay compared to just turning on the TV.

When trying to set up, called phone number listed , twice both times money was requested to be able to continue setup, they were not friendly (Roku) and no help

Every once in a while our Roku Premiere will reboot itself, and sometimes the picture will screw up. Other than these issues, I am satisfied with our purchase.

I own 3 Roku streaming sticks and purchased this premier hoping to eliminate some buffering issues with one of the streaming sticks. The additional capacity of the premier solved the buffering issues but the remote is horrible! The remote has to have a clear line of sight to the roku to work. The remote for the streaming stick is much better - I'm not willing to spend another $30 for one of the 'enhanced' remotes! Will be returning the premier...

It has a weird GUI but hardware wise it works good, ability to connect 5Ghz Wi-Fi channel is missing. Wish it could do that.

I ended up returning it, the userface is just a little confusing. I ended up getting an Amazon FireStick instead.
