I have Roku tv if it works like the tv we will love it

Didn’t take long for this steaming device to start glitching and freezing. Eventually it stopped working. Luckily we bought the warranty through Best Buy and they replaced it with the better Roku device. Great customer service.

I cannot cast to it from the computer, primary reason I purchased it. Content lacks depth - Have to repeatedly sign in for the same thing. This was a hugely disappointing purchase.

Not what I thought it might be it good for Netflix and amazon that's it sales representative told me it get live news and you really get old news from internet

Our old stick was better than this one, I think. We are constantly having to reconnect the channels. So we love Roku but this one box seems to have bugs.

Bought this to go with my new 4k tv. Audio kept dropping for a split second. Dropped out for 10 seconds. Did factory reset, now can't find wifi signal.

Did not have good directions after I hooked up it still did not come on I returned it the next day

Since installing, to replace an earlier model, I have not been able to watch TV unless I unplug ROKU then plug it in again after video is displayed on TV. Two chat sessions with ROKU support did nothing. My problem was elevated to the next level of tech support 4 days ago. I am still waiting for them to contact me.

It was stolen from my grandmothers car before we even got to try to use it.

I had to return it because, the Roku Premium was not compatible to my TV. Apparently, it's too old. It's only five years old. Roku should take into consideration when creating these devices, they should be made to be compatible to all TVs. Not everyone is going to have a brand spankin' new TV.

I bought it. Hoping that I could help my parents in reducing their cable bill. However, I found it very hard to use and navigate to where I needed to go. The instructions were vague even for me so it was definitely not for my parents. I'm going to try out the Amazon Fire Stick next.

Unless you point remote exactly to the Roku base, it won't work. C'mon people! It's the year 2016 not 1956. This remote should work better. In addition, Rioku is crashing too often and rebooting itself. I will return this.

Had the streaming services we wanted, but the interface was horrible. Went with an appletv and a fire stick. Appletv is great and flexible and the fire stick is great with our amazon account.

A gift...impossible to review a requested gift that I know nothing about. Price was competitive with Amazon;

Can't stream fast enough. Bought a gen 4 apple. Problem solved. Menu is horrible and so is the guide.

Returned. Was not what was wanted. Why keep something you can't use.
