Posted .Hi there, thanks so much for your review! Please know that this Roku device is a streaming player that connects to 2.4 GHz wireless bands only. You'll want to ensure that the wireless connection you are connected to is a 2.4 GHz wireless network. You'll also want to be sure that it is within range of the device and you could try restarting your Roku device and router.
As a tip, you can check the strength of your internet connection by going to Settings > Network > Check connection. This will test the quality of the signal and also measure the speed of that connection, to be sure that your wireless connection is strong enough.

The Ultra seemed to load faster than this one but it still has access to all the same apps. Not a bad option if you are looking for a less expensive option.

Great streaming stick, cannot control volume
