Like the service, but some gripes

I also feel like the unit should be able to power off. It always stays in standby, but otherwise it still a Roku.

It can be a bit sluggish at times when navigating the menus/channels. If your buying for your primary TV, I would recommend the ultra, but for a bedroom tv or something it gets the job done.

What is this thing?

No problems so far except I didn't buy the more expensive unit so there was no help desk available for me
