Last year's Premiere was a larger unit and sat more aesthetically near the TV. This one is more than half its size and weight and tends to tilt or fall with the weight of the HDMI cable attached. There is a sticker you can use to stick it to your table, but who wants to ruin their table... Performance-wise, it works almost as fast as last year's Premiere model. No real problems.
