It always acts like it's going to charge you something even if it's $0. I do love that you can voice activate a lot of things. Especially like if you've watched a movie before and had to stop early... You can just restart it later and say "fast forward 39 minutes". Main advice is to be patient, it takes a few seconds for things to happen.

We dont use cable tv in our family, ROKU provides so many more program choices. Also, this is our second ROKU because the one we had just stopped working after many years of great family fun. But this version has some updated features that I wasn't aware of, so I am glad we needed to get a new one.

I subsequently bought a Sony HD TV and Sonos sound bar from Daniel in the Magnolia department. It was set up and tested by Blair and Gary, a Geek Squad team. Daniel, Blair, and Gary all did a great job and were nice to deal with.
