Connection was easy, and it's been awhile since I had any issues with the signal/image. I'm amazed at how many people still do cable when they could probably get most of the channels they want with a Roku for 1/3 the price.

Comcast rep suggest ROKU. Since already using in another residence made sense. Hooked up and signed and had all our Comcast channels. Great product better than Dircect TV wireless and cheaper than 2nd Comcast line.

Needed to make a dumb TV smart.

Gives a dumb TV access to apps, which is great. You have to set up a Roku account which is not great, but alright. Overall happy. But in reality not recommended as people should be buying smart tvs with stuff like this built in. This product is only for very very specific situations.

Great replacement for cable box

I'm not quite ready to cut the cable/cord so this has been a nice transition for us as we eliminated one cable box and replaced it with the Roku Premier streaming media player. Since this reduces our cable bill by about $8 per month, this Roku unit will pay for itself in about 4 or 5 months!

It's a Roku...

I WILL say that the Roku app for iPhone does not work great if there is more than one Roku in the house. Just buggy, but we get through it. We appreciate that it brings our streaming subscriptions under one roof on our TV. I DO wish this unit had a USB drive...we have photos and movies we would love to show on the TV through the Roku, and the screen mirroring function of the Roku app is garbage.
