"Cutting the cord" was the best thing we ever did.... Roku gives so many options at such an inexpensive price. Curbside pickup at Bestbuy and within 30 minutes we were watching fantastic TV. Ability to screen share from laptop to TV is added bonus.

The remote is easy to use and easy setup. Down side is takes to long to load everything

If only Roku (and other such products) would add live/now local news, our household would definitely break free. Download speeds using my phone's 'Hotspot', even after having used-up the hi-speed quota, are still capable of viewing the programs without any interruption! A worthy purchase!

I used to pay for a cable box for a room that sat empty for months on end. By adding the Roku, I was able to get all my cable channels without the rental fee for the cable box. And a bonus, it connected to my video storage so no need for a Blu-ray or DVD player!

Instructions were easily followed even for the electronically challenged.

A necessity if you are going to stream Netflix and the other ones.

Have an older tv that is not smart works great. Easy to use just connect to WiFi.

Got this for a TV we set up in the guest bedroom, great price, super simple set up, comes with an HDMI cable, and you have to use the supplied AC/USB adapter, the USB plug on the back of our TV would not power the Roku, I think it uses just a little more power than the TV one provides.

Easy setup. Took less than 5 minutes total. Intuitive menu - I didn’t even read the manual.

I am using Spectrum ($25.00) streaming with Roku, which is cheaper than all of Spectrum services. Plus I get more with Roku that Spectrum does not offer. Also you can use your phone as a remote & listen with headphones on your phone. If only I can turn off Roku like the tv.

This is an excellent fire stick that can plug into a laptop or go desktop computer. The user can select over 1000 movie and sport channels for viewing. It can be used for studying at Starbucks & dunkin donuts . The Wi-Fi can be used at Marriot Hotels. a must buy from best buy.

After having a Amazon Fire stick for years, I first bought a TV fr BB that had Roku and I fell in love with it. Roku’s platform runs so smoothly and does not crash like Amazon. Ended up replacing my main tv with this Roku stick. Waaayyyyy better on all apps. No crashing or restarting.

I cut the cord. I had satellite TV. Almost every time it rained in the state, I would lose my signal. The final straw was when Direct Tv had a feud with a local station for about a month. There are a few enough stations to watch as it is. I cut the cord and went to Roku stick. Together with that and YouTube TV, I can watch almost as much is I was able to watch before for half the monthly cost.
