Affordable Smart Stick

Why buy a firestick or apple tv, when you can literally get the major streaming services including apple tv+ on it. Plus the Roku isn't company centric so you are not being shoveled recommendations/advertisements for products/media. You get 4k hdr, the apps, and the peace of mind.

Lacking Quality Cable

That would be my biggest complaint.

Great upgrade, it is faster than the prior unit

This new unit was able to stream our content where the prior unit would lag so much it was not viable.

OK; not great

Hulu doesn't stay signed in and that's a very big issue (pain) to deal with. It is pretty reasonable for tv's that aren't already wifi ready just wish it was easier to stay signed in to the different "streaming" products that are actually buttons on the Roku. Also, Roku customer service is almost null.
